| Two hours walking in the sun to Slaggan Bay. Some of us decided to cool off. |

| The Cairngorms. On advice we went on a guided walk with the Head Ranger to benefit from his knowledge of the flora and fauna. |

---- my God! an Ursula Undress moment followed by a Great White - no wonder she didn't stay in long ! I see that the less brave of the squirrels decided that grazing at the back of the beach was a safer option.
